This initiative has been taken by us in year 2017 along with more than decade intensive training and troubleshooting of many types of equipment on across the globe. Now everyone is discussing and showing their deep concern for increasing production and finding the root cause of the minimizing breakdown time of the plant.In this scenario kiln/cooler/drum/dryer is a very important equipment to minimize the breakdown and shut down along with the little awareness and concentrations by the operator and other related people. This will also help to reduce the power consumptions along with many other issues like uneven wear, tear and other mechanical & metallurgical issues.
In this prospect we are using very sophisticated tools and equipments like total station, distance meter, shell flexing beam and many other equipments which is specially design for the measurement of the rotating equipment including the environment conditions specially temperature and dust which was generally not covered by the other service provider.
